1. Position Title: Program Director

   • Location: Mogadishu

   • Description: The Program Director is responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs and projects within Horizon Alliance Corporation. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing budgets and resources, and ensuring that programs are delivered on time and within scope. The Program Director works closely with stakeholders to define project objectives, establish milestones, and measure outcomes to ensure the successful execution of programs.

   • Required Qualifications and Skills:

   • - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, project management, engineering)

   • - Proven experience in program management, with a track record of successfully leading large-scale projects from initiation to completion

   • - Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve project goals

   • - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels

   • - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to identify and address project challenges in a timely and efficient manner

   • Description: The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Horizon Alliance Corporation, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently, effectively, and in accordance with company policies and procedures. This role involves managing operational processes, optimizing workflow, and identifying opportunities for improvement to enhance productivity and performance. The Operations Manager collaborates with departmental managers to develop and implement strategies to achieve organizational goals and objectives.

   • Qualifications: 

     1. - Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field

     2. - Proven experience in operations management, with a strong understanding of operational processes and best practices

     3. - Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams

     4. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve operational performance

     5. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues, stakeholders, and external partners

     6. - Proficiency in project management tools and software, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
