Position Title: Program Director
Location: Mogadishu
Description: The Program Director is responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs and projects within Horizon Alliance Corporation. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing budgets and resources, and ensuring that programs are delivered on time and within scope. The Program Director works closely with stakeholders to define project objectives, establish milestones, and measure outcomes to ensure the successful execution of programs.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, project management, engineering)
- Proven experience in program management, with a track record of successfully leading large-scale projects from initiation to completion
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
